The Poore Family Foundation is hosting the Poore Farm Music, Arts and Homesteading Festival 2016, a daylong musical and educational event, on 
Saturday, August 13th, Gates open at 10:30 am,

The Poore Fest will show case a number of musicians across a variety of genres ranging from traditional folk, Country, to classic Rock and Roll, Progressive 
and MORE!

The Poore Family Music, Arts and Homesteading Festival 2016, will take place on the grounds of the 100-acre Poore Family Homestead and Museum campus, 
Located on NH Route 145, in Stewartstown, NH, on Saturday August 13th.  

The Festival will be held (rain or shine) at the Poore Farm’s out-door stage and amphitheater Venue. See location.

Parking will be in the south field entrance. Watch for signs.

There is a growing interest in and the necessity for locally grown and organic produce, homesteading, permaculture, medicinal Herbs and Fungi and to reconnect with the land. The Poore Farm is the perfect venue for this and an example and resource for education and connecting those that are like-minded. This year we will be further engaging the local community, by bringing in educators, homesteaders, Bee keepers, horticulturalist, herbalists and farmers from the surrounding area for educational and demonstration purposes.

Learn About: Medicinal Plants and Mushrooms, Bee Keeping,
Growing Hops, Soap Making, goats, tanning and leather craft, sheep and spinning wool, worm farming, Hooping, GMOs, Climate Justice and More!


The Poore Family Homestead Historic Farm Museum will also be open through out the day, allowing visitors the chance to view over 180 year’s worth of Poore family history between performances.

Poore Fest 2016 will be presented at the Poore Homestead’s amphitheater and stage venue, just off NH Route 145 in Stewartstown, NH. Seven (7) Miles north of Colebrook. Watch for signs.

Admission: is by Donation (Suggested Min. $10 per adult), accompanied children under 12 are FREE.

All proceeds will benefit the Poore Farm Museum.
